Operating Result of year 2009

SBN 002/2010 February 24, 2010 Subject : Operating Result of year 2009 To : The Managing Director, the Stock Exchange of Thailand Sabina Public Co., Ltd. would like to clarify the operating result of year 2009 as follows:- For year 2009, Sabina Public Co., Ltd. had the total revenue from sales & service amount 1,650.53 million baht which decreased by 15.52 % or equivalent to 303.32 million baht. This was the result from the reducing in sales revenue of OEM department amount 399.24 million baht due to economic crisis in USA and Europe, the OEM customers reduced their orders and concentrated in ordering cheaper products according to the reducing in demand from the end customers. The sales revenue from Sabina-brand increased by 96.28 million baht. This was the result in reduce of the company's total revenue. The cost of goods sold amount 1,031.60 million baht of the year 2009 which decreased by 204.97 million baht or 16.58% from the year 2008. This resulted from reducing in total sales. The Company had a gross profit of 618.92 million baht or 37.50%. For year 2009, the Company had Selling General and Administrative expenses of 552.81 million baht which increased by 35.87 million baht or 6.94% from the year 2008. The company had the operating profit of 66.11 million baht or 4.01%. For the year 2009, net profit of the company was 60.65 million baht which decreased by 119.60 million baht or 66.35% from the year 2008.
