Operating Result for the second quarter of 2010

SBN 015/2010 August 11, 2010 Subject : Operating Result for the second quarter of 2010 To : The Managing Director, the Stock Exchange of Thailand Sabina Public Co., Ltd. would like to clarify the operating result for the second quarter of 2010 as follows:- For the second quarter of 2010, Sabina Public Co., Ltd. had the total revenue from sales & service amount 439.54 million baht which increased by 59.1 million baht or 15.53% from the same period in 2009. This was the result from the increasing in sales revenue of Sabina-brand amount 53.68 million baht. The sales revenue from OEM department increased by 5.25 million baht. This was the result in increasing of the company's total revenue. The cost of goods sold amount 277.58 million baht for the second quarter of 2010 which increased by 40.10 million baht or 16.89% from the same period in 2009. This resulted from increasing in total sales. The Company had a gross profit of 161.95 million baht or 36.85%. For the second quarter of 2010, the Company had Selling General and Administrative expenses of 147.62 million baht which increased by 16.4 million baht or 12.50% from the same period in 2009. The company had the operating profit of 14.34 million baht or 3.26%. For the second quarter of 2010, net profit of the company was 6.73 million baht which increased by 0.19 million baht or 2.87% from the same period in 2009.
