Operating Result for the first quarter of 2010

SBN 011/2010 May 12 , 2010 Subject : Operating Result for the first quarter of 2010 To : The Managing Director, the Stock Exchange of Thailand Sabina Public Co., Ltd. would like to clarify the operating result for the first quarter of 2010 as follows:- For the first quarter of 2010, Sabina Public Co., Ltd. had the total revenue from sales & service amount 460.61 million baht which increased by 21.96 % or equivalent to 82.94 million baht. This was the result from the incerasing in sales revenue of Sabina-brand amount 77.73 million baht. The sales revenue from OEM department increased by 5.21 million baht. This was the result in increasing of the company's total revenue. The cost of goods sold amount 303.59 million baht for the first quarter of 2010 which increased by 66.66 million baht or 28.14% from the same period in 2009. This resulted from increasing in total sales. The Company had a gross profit of 157.03 million baht or 34.09%. For the first quarter of 2010, the Company had Selling General and Administrative expenses of 139.49 million baht which increased by 5.47 million baht or 4.08% from the same period in 2009. The company had the operating profit of 17.54 million baht or 3.81%. For the the first quarter of 2010, net profit of the company was 18.42 million baht which increased by 12.73 million baht or 224.11% from the same period in 2009.
